BER has been practicing law for over forty years in Orange Co. Ca, specializing in Personal Injury. He has helped people with all types of injuries caused by automobile/truck/motorcycle accidents, defective products (?)Inuits, accidents caused by slipping/falling on-premises, dog bites, boating accidents, pedestrian accidents, and many others.
He has placed great emphasis on the importance of being accessible to his clients, both for office visits and by telephone or email. Clients are often confused about who is at fault in an accident (questions about liability), their medical treatment, and how to be compensated for the property damage caused by the accident. Bruce Rasner takes the time to talk with his clients to explain and answer their questions thoroughly.
In any accident it is vital for clients to get prompt medical treatment and follow-up examinations for their symptoms; that appropriate diagnostic studies and physical therapy are done to improve clients’ symptoms of pain; that the origin of these symptoms, whether neurological, orthopedic, or otherwise are addressed appropriately.
A network of physicians and therapists researched by Bruce Rasner affords clients without medical plans competent treatment and a source for second opinions with available medical care if necessary.
Through his lengthy practice and handling of a large variety of injuries, Bruce Rasner is uncommonly skilled in assisting the clients to obtain appropriate treatment not only for the typical soft tissue injuries to knees, necks, and backs but also the more complicated orthopedic and neurological injuries involving the spine, shoulder rotator cuff tears, knee meniscus repairs, concussions, joint repair/replacements.
BER has been a member of the OCBA, OC Trial Lawyer’s Association, and the LA Consumers Bar Assoc., OCJL.
His many outside interests enable a well-rounded life experience that complements his legal/medical background and helps him to relate well to court personnel, insurance adjustors, other attorneys, and medical staff.

Having coped with arthritis for many years and had hip and shoulder surgeries, he can relate to the pain, suffering, and lifestyle interruptions caused by injuries to our clients.
